A Yes, just go to settings on the app.
Q The clip to fasten the band fell off my son’s tracker. How can I replace it? Are there replacement bands for this tracker?
A I think you should be able to get a replacement band
Q Does this work not synced with a phone? I want it for the watch features only.
A It needs to be synced at least after every charge in order to correct the time. Our charge lasts about 7-10 days. It will not sync with an iPad and only 1 phone per watch. We really like them for the price and style.
Q How many alarms can you set at one time?
A we can set 5 alarms
Q We lost the charger. Can we replace it?
A Yes. You just need a charger for an android or Apple with removable cord.
Q Do you have to bluetooth to phone for it to count steps?
A I can’t see the tiny print. If I’m right, this was not a FitBit brand. I got it because I didn’t want anything fancy. The tracker might work. But it has to link to the app that you need to get on your phone. The app doesn’t work, so that makes the tracker useless. I returned it. Didn’t work at all

A It can be connectted to Samsung, the Andriod version should be 5.1 or above, the version of bluetooth should be 4.0 or above.

A I don’t think there is way to turn it off at the watch.Just make sure Bluetooth is turned off at Bluetooth compatible devices.

Q How can we turn the heart rate sensor permanently on?
A Please synchronize your phone and watch successfully. Turn on the automatic heart rate detection function in the app. The heart rate will be automatically detected every 15-30 minutes.

A The watch let’s you know when you have a call text or a reminder or Alarm on your phone

A Depends on what you mean about being synced. The phone will keep track of your steps and your HR/BP without syncing with your phone. For alarms you do have to sync to a phone.

A Everything it does with it, it just can't keep a log without internet

A It works by Bluetooth with your phone. We could not get it to sync with my phone, so we sent it back and ordered a Fitbit Ace.

A You hold your finger on the touch spot at the bottom of the screen til it vibrates. It should also come on automatically when you initially plug it in to a usb power source.

A I’m not sure why the picture looks like that. We ordered the green one for my daughter and it is a rich green color, not turquoise.

A This is no need for a charger.Here are some tips for charging:1. Please remove both two sides of the band from the host, and you will see the metal pins, please plug this side into the USB port. (the metal pins of tracker should be in contact with the pins of USB charger).2. If the watch screen charging icon is not on when inserting the device for charging, please check and turn the direction of the device's charging plug to the correct way, or try other sockets.Warm tips: In order to get a longer lifespan, we recommend you pull out the host from the socket at once after fully charged. It takes about 1~2 hours to get the host fully charged.
