This worked for me when I had that problem.1. download app H Band from app store or google play, it requires a smart phone Android 4.4& IOS 8.0 and above.2. go to the app=>setting=>device=>V10=>switch setting=>turn on "BP automatic monitoring"3. once fitness tracker paired with phone, the time on the bracelet will be auto synchronized with phone's. Then smart band starts to record your activities. The time and date will keep the same with your iphone.Here are 2 place to monitor your blood pressure. The condition is that you wear the bracelet correctly.If the first place has no data, just need to Scroll down to refresh your data.if you want to monitor the data of second place, tap it then turn on it.If this doesn't help email them, they were very fast in replying to me with that problem.
