- I haven't used it for this. I believe you can sync it with other apps which may give alerts as you describe. But here is what I found about the heart rate monitor in the Mi Band 4:When you select the Detection method as Automatic heart rate detection then you can set detection frequency to allow it when turning on automatic HR detection. You can set frequency value as 1,5,10 & 30 minutes. The other Activity detection option is helpful if you are doing exercises. It will increase the detection frequency automatically to get accurate data. It is the heavy power function that will take lots of juice from the battery life.answered on 2020-10-01 00:00:00
