Q The first band lasted 1.5 year. The spare lasted just 3 months. Both broke in the same spot where the metal lock is. Is it design/material issue?
A My best answer is not to bend the band upward when you undo it. Gently pull the band back away from the buckle until the buckle stem is out of the belt hole. After getting a knack for this, you won't be bending the band up on its self. That's what breaks the band! It will last longer doing this.
Q How do you charge this? What kind of charger do I need
A Hi:) To charge a V19 you gently but firmly twist off the "Top" of the watch band with the buckle attached. A little blue-iish stub will be there after you pull off the band. It helps to twist it off while pulling off. Note: you have to twist it off left or right to the watch face. The band will twist off left or right of the watch face, I repeat. Once its off the stub of the watch goes into a usb charger. You'll see the metal contacts on one side. That need to go into the usb metal to metal . Be gentle twisting the band off! See if there is a YouTube on this first. There are no wire needed to charge. Good luck!
